Tandoori Chicken Kathi Roll (Wrap)
1 piece of tandoori chicken (see recipe for Raody Tandoori Chicken)
Handful of greens
1 tbsp creamy cilantro chutney (see recipe for Creamy Cilantro chutney)
A few thin slices of raw onions
1 tbsp crumbled feta (optional)
1 tbsp thinly whipped yogurt (I use Straus Whole Milk Yogurt)
Heat tortilla on pan until cooked through.
Assemble all fillings (ingredients above) on tortilla.
Wrap tortilla over fillings.
