BBQ Wings

BBQ Wings

Prep time: 15 mins

Cook time: 45-50 mins

Ingredients:

  • 3 pounds of frozen organic party wings (I get these)

  • Himalayan Pink Salt (or salt of choice)

  • Black Pepper

  • Gluten Free/Sugar Free BBQ Sauce (I use this)

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. Rinse and pat dry wings thoroughly

  3. Season the chicken wings on both sides with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.

  4. Set wings on baking sheet (leave enough room for them so use more sheets if needed!)

  5. Bake the chicken wings, turning once, until browned, about 40 minutes.

  6. Remove the wings from the oven.

  7. Pour your favorite barbecue sauce over the chicken wings and return to the oven.

  8. Bake for 5 more minutes and serve hot!
