Avocado "Everything" Toast


  • 2 slices of gluten / grain free bread of choice (see recipe for Almond Brea

  • ½ avocado

  • A few squeezes of fresh lemon juice

  • Everything seasoning

  • Olive oil

  • Salt & pepper to taste


  1. Toast your bread of choice

  2. Meanwhile, mash the avocado, salt, pepper, lemon juice.

  3. Pile the avocado mash on top of your toast

  4. Sprinkle everything seasoning on top

  5. Drizzle a bit of olive oil on top

  6. Enjoy!
