Almond Flour Banana Bread

Almond Flour Banana Bread


  • 2.5 cups almond flour

  • 1.5 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 3 eggs

  • 1/2 cup maple syrup

  • 1/4 cup plain whole milk yogurt

  • 3 bananas mashed

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/4 cup walnuts or chocolate chips (optional)


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F

  2. Line a bread pan with parchment paper

  3. Mix together dry ingredients (almond flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg)

  4. In a separate bowl, whisk eggs and add in yogurt, maple syrup, and bananas

  5. Combine wet and dry ingredients into a large bowl. Add in the chocolate chips or walnuts if you would like.

  6. Pour the batter into the bread pan for 50-60 minutes or until the center is firm
