Raody Indian Tacos (Lamb & Potato + Paneer & Veggie)

Ingredients:

  • Ingredients for Indian potatoes (bhaji)

  • Ingredients for lamb kheema

  • Ingredients for Indian spiced cheese (paneer)

  • Siete foods cassava/coconut tortillas

  • 1/2 jalapeno sliced into thin slices (de-seeded)

  • Ingredients for roasted cumin & garlic sauce:

    • 2 cups straus european yogurt

    • 1 clove garlic grated

    • 1 tsp roasted cumin

    • 1/4 tsp black pepper

    • 1/2 tsp salt

    • 1/2 tbsp lemon juice

  • Ingredients for indian pico de gallo:

    • 1/2 tomato diced

    • 1/4 yellow onion diced

    • 1 tbsp lemon juice

    • 1/2 tsp salt

    • 1/4 tsp black pepper

    • 1/2 tsp chat masala

Instructions for lamb & potato tacos:

  1. Heat tortilla on low-medium heat

  2. Spoon plenty of lamb kheema and potatoes on tortilla

  3. Top with some indian pico de gallo, and drizzle yogurt sauce on top

  4. Garnish with 2-3 slices of fresh jalapeno and handful of cilantro if desired

Instructions for paneer & veggie tacos:

  1. Heat tortilla on low-medium heat

  2. Spoon plenty of paneer on tortilla

  3. Top with some indian pico de gallo, and drizzle yogurt sauce on top

  4. Garnish with 2-3 slices of fresh jalapeno and handful of cilantro if desired
