Fig & Pistachio Parfait
2-3 whole figs, sliced in half
A handful of raw, unsalted pistachios (walnuts, pecans, or any other whole nuts work well!)
1 cup of whole milk yogurt (I love Siggi’s full fat greek yogurt!)
Raw or local honey
Place yogurt in a bowl.
Top with sliced figs, pistachios, and drizzle a small amount of honey on top.
