Fig & Pistachio Parfait

Ingredients:

  • 2-3 whole figs, sliced in half

  • A handful of raw, unsalted pistachios (walnuts, pecans, or any other whole nuts work well!)

  • 1 cup of whole milk yogurt (I love Siggi’s full fat greek yogurt!)

  • Raw or local honey

Instructions:

  1. Place yogurt in a bowl.

  2. Top with sliced figs, pistachios, and drizzle a small amount of honey on top.

  3. Enjoy!
