Golden Matcha Latte

Golden Matcha Latte

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 tsp matcha powder

  • 1 cup hot water

  • 1 tsp cacao butter (optional)

  • 1 tsp organic grass-fed ghee

  • 2 tbsps coconut cream (full fat)

  • 1/8 tsp turmeric

  • A tiny pinch of black pepper (to bring out healing benefits of turmeric)

  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon powder

  • 1/8 tsp cardamom powder

  • 1 tsp date sugar (or use coconut sugar)

Instructions:

  • Heat 1 cup of water for 1 minute and 30 seconds (or until hot)

  • Add matcha powder and whisk well until combined

  • Pour water into blender, and add rest of ingredients

  • Blend until fully combined and frothy

  • Pour into a mug and enjoy!
