Tropical Acai Smoothie Bowl
1 tbsp of high quality organic acai powder (I use this brand)
2 cups of plain full fat greek yogurt
1 tsp of honey or maple syrup to sweeten (add more to taste)
1/2 cup chopped pineapple
1/4 cup blueberries
1/4 cup raw unsalted walnuts and/or pistachios
Sprinkle of shredded coconut
Add yogurt, acai powder, and honey into a blender. Blend until smooth.
Pour smoothie into a bowl.
Add toppings of choice.
