Tropical Acai Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp of high quality organic acai powder (I use this brand)

  • 2 cups of plain full fat greek yogurt

  • 1 tsp of honey or maple syrup to sweeten (add more to taste)

  • 1/2 cup chopped pineapple

  • 1/4 cup blueberries

  • 1/4 cup raw unsalted walnuts and/or pistachios

  • Sprinkle of shredded coconut

Instructions:

  1. Add yogurt, acai powder, and honey into a blender. Blend until smooth.

  2. Pour smoothie into a bowl.

  3. Add toppings of choice.

  4. Enjoy!
