Spicy Pineapple Salsa

Spicy Pineapple Salsa

Serving Size: 4-6


  • 1/2 16 oz bag frozen pineapple (thawed) OR 8 oz of fresh pineapple

  • 1 small red onion chopped finely

  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice (add more to taste)

  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder

  • 1/4 tsp cayenne powder OR 1/4 fresh jalapeno chopped (remove seeds for less spice)

  • 1/4 cup fresh chopped cilantro


  1. Dice pineapple smaller chunks.

  2. Slice jalapenos into thin pieces (de-seed if you prefer less spice). If you don’t have jalapenos, use cayenne powder.

  3. Combine pineapple with all ingredients listed.

  4. Taste and adjust seasonings/spices as needed.

  5. Enjoy!
